A bistro in the best sense of the word. It goes relatively quickly, the food tastes much better than in the system gastronomy at comparable prices and the portions are definitely filling. The decor is simple, but still beautiful. Everything looks clean and friendly. A good address not only for tradespeople and truck drivers.

Wow! We discovered this small restaurant while searching around highway what to eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful (I cannot have lactose - it was taken into consideration easily, and I even got suggestions of what I can or cannot have). Also, speaking in english (or even french) is not a problem :) But onto the most important element - the food. OOOOH the food :) perfect homestyle meals, from schnitzels and frikandellen to burgers and pizzas. Not a huge menu but everything tastes incredible. My boyfriend had schnitzel with zigeuner sauce and fries, I had frikandel with mushroom sauce and bratkartofel. We took mixed salad. The portions are large, the food so fresh, seasoning just perfect. Everything is spot on :) Give it a shot, you will NOT regret it

Very nice host with a very nice restaurant. Slightly American flair inside and comfortable seating outside. The food came quickly and the portions were sufficient, kept cozy and simple. Prices were ok. 2 adults + 2 children just under € 50. We wish you health and good luck and when we are around we will be happy to come again. thank you

Great food in a great atmosphere. Eating is like with mom. A real insider tip for everyone who is on the highway between Trier and Wittlich. There is something for everyone with a wide range of high-quality dishes. Keep it up.
